This is a time of tremendous change across the federal government, and at the US Environmental Protection Agency in particular. Janet McCabe was Deputy Administrator during the Biden Administration and will discuss some of the key actions that are affecting EPA now and into the future, including institutional and organizational changes, programmatic and policy changes, and changes in the relationships EPA has with other federal agencies and with external partners. She will also discuss various responses to these actions that are currently underway, impacts on state and local government, academia, and the nonprofit sector, and how to stay engaged in the short-run and prepare for opportunities for the long-run.
