Free Yoga, Hot Cocoa & More Wellness Day Activities On Centennial Campus
Wellness Day is right around the corner, Wolfpack!
On Tuesday, Feb. 17, North Carolina State University will pause classes and assignments in an effort to support student, faculty and staff well-being across campus. Instructors are also asked to avoid tests or deadlines on this day or the day after.
Take the opportunity to recharge, prioritize self-care and explore the wellness events happening on Centennial Campus and beyond next week.
Cocoa and Craft
Cozy up with free hot cocoa and tea at James B. Hunt Jr. Library from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. Expect snacks and plenty of crafts, too.
Free Yoga
Get zen with a free yoga class at Partners I, Suite 2580 from 12:15 p.m. to 1:05 p.m. Don’t forget to bring your own mat!
Lake Raleigh
Grab a group of friends and enjoy the fresh air at Centennial’s hidden gem, Lake Raleigh. The 75-acre lake and its trails are open from dawn until dusk.
Cozy Games and Lofi
Chill out with lofi beats and games at James B. Hunt Jr. Library from 1 p.m. – 3 p.m. There will be plenty of board games and Nintendo Switch games, including Animal Crossing, Mario Kart and more.
Grand Opening of Serenity Lab
A new relaxation space for students is opening in Fitts-Woolard Hall. Celebrate the grand opening of the Serenity Lab in Room 4113 from 1 p.m. – 3 p.m.
